Round and Round the Garden Like a Teddy Bear was developed from a highly succesful pilot project funded by ACE (WM). Aimed especially at the 2-5 age range the show was packed full of colourful fun and excitement with plenty of audience interaction aimed at the very very young as they joined in to help Indigo Teddybear and his nursery rhyme friends get ready for the Butterfly Birthday Party under the rainbow. As well as live music, puppets and storytelling the production also featured shadow puppetry mixed with projected animation. _________________________________________________
Puppets, storytelling and fun featuring
tales and rhythms of Africa, South America and the Caribbean. Polly
Parrot and her playmate Sukey have to ask
the cleverest animals for their help in looking after Polly’s
new egg. They meet Brer Rabbit, Anansi Spider
and Ajapa the Tortoise who are full of tricks and
have a lot of helpful ideas, songs and games to offer. Told with many
different styles of puppet, live music, video projection and a whole
lot of joining-in.

Little Angel Theatre
"It provided a real boost to the Festival's portfolio, in that it was one of very few shows which were aimed very specifically at introducing very young children to theatre for the first time. Not only invaluable work, but great fun too and excellent puppets. What I liked was the fact that you didn't stint on the simple, effective manipulation of imaginative puppet creations." Andrew Smaje: Associate Director
"We were so pleased by the show and how well it sold, we have tried for the last few years to attract this age group into our Theatre with little luck so we were really delighted when your show sold so well." Palace Theatre, Redditch
