Developed as part of the PuppetLink project funded by Arts Council England in 1998  we toured nationally for a decade to small scale venues from our Midlands base with further funding from ACE and from a portfolio of local authority partners. Then we migrated from PuppetLink to The Fedora Group in the South East to work in the Sussex-by-the-Sea region and shifted our focus to working for schools, museums and in public spaces. Our work was again supported by Arts Council England and also by the Heritage Lottery Fund. We aspire to the The Fedora Group’s motto “brimful of ideas”. We carry out as many of the ideas as we possibly can!

We’ve performed to countless children up and down the country all enthralled by our tales and our puppets. We are gratified that the response from audiences and bookers alike has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve chosen just two of the many unsolicited testimonials to show you.

“That was wonderful. I shall dream about it tonight in my head” (Molly aged 4)

High production values and strong audience interaction. Our audiences loved it. They were booking up to come and see it again!. We completely sold out. Thank you very much” (Little Angel Theatre)
